Pharmaceuticals are beneficial for many individuals, and can be prescribed for either short or lengthy periods of time. According to the DEA, 6.4 million Americans abuse controlled prescription drugs. Many individuals who find themselves in this category lean on medications previously prescribed to themselves, friends, or other members of their family.
April 28, 2018 is National Take Back Day. From 10:00AM to 2:00PM, we encourage you to take your unwanted prescription drugs to a local drop-off facility for proper disposal. Your proactive behavior is encouraged, as it may bring an end to tragic and avoidable events right here in our community. A location near our office is Longs Drug Store, located at 1700 McHenry Ave., Modesto, CA 95350.
