How to Start Your Telehealth Session
Follow these simple steps to connect with your provider via our secure telehealth platform.

- Select Your Provider: On the telehealth page, use the dropdown menu to select the provider you are here to meet with.

- Enter Your Name: After selecting your provider, you will be prompted to enter your name. Please type your full name in the provided field.

- Give Access to Your Camera and Microphone: For a video call, you will need to give the platform access to your camera and microphone. Click “Give access to camera and mic” when prompted. If you prefer not to use video, you can choose to continue without camera and mic.

- Check In: Finally, click the “Check In” button to let your provider know you are ready. You will then be taken to the virtual waiting room until your provider starts the session.
